CARROLLTON—Plato’s Closet, a retailer that buys and sells gently used clothing and accessories for teens and young adults, has expanded to a total of 6,037 square feet in Trinity Valley Shopping Center after adding 1,637 square feet to its original lease of 4,400 square feet. Trinity Valley is located at the northeast corner of SH-190 and Josey Lane.
Matt Luedtke and Byron Howard with Weitzman handled negotiations for the retail center.
The expansion illustrates the power of the location and its strong regional tenant mix, as well as Trinity Valley’s new anchor store, WinCo Foods. WinCo Foods earlier this year opened in a newly constructed 85,000-square-foot location at the hard corner of Josey Lane and SH-190. The location of the popular grocery store increased traffic at the already well-leased Trinity Valley, where additional retailers include Ross Dress for Less, ULTA, Petco, Chili’s, GameStop, Dressbarn, Alphagraphics, Famous Footwear and several others.
