PLANO—Nekter Juice Bar, offering healthy and natural cold-compressed juices, smoothies and acai bowls, has leased 1,229 square feet of retail space in Windhaven Plaza, a community-specialty retail center located at the northwest corner of the Dallas North Tollway and Parker Road. 

Michelle Caplan and Leon Jacobson with Weitzman handled negotiations for Nekter Juice Bar. Steve Gray with Weitzman represented the shopping center.

Nekter Juice Bar is currently expanding in Dallas-Fort Worth. At Windhaven Plaza, the concept joins a line-up that includes Kroger Signature, Academy Sports & Outdoors, Whiskey Cake, Sixty Vines, Piada Italian Street Food and many others.
