Weitzman negotiates sale of freestanding retail building
DALLAS—Montfort Laundry, a laundry and dry cleaning service, has acquired a 5,660-square-foot retail building on approximately 20,000 square feet of land located at 13936 Montfort Drive near its intersection with Spring Valley Road.
David Zoller with Weitzman represented the seller in the transaction John St. Clair and Masen Stamp with Younger Partners represented the buyer.
Montfort Laundry will house its operations in the building.
