AUSTIN—MOD Pizza, the original superfast pizza experience offering individually sized pizzas and salads made on demand, has leased 2,888 square feet of retail space in Southpark Meadows, the Austin area’s largest regional power center, located at 9500 S. IH-35 at W. Slaughter Lane.

MOD Pizza operates several locations in the Austin area, as well as nationwide and internationally. At Southpark Meadows, MOD Pizza joins a line-up that includes SuperTarget, JCPenney, Bealls, Marshalls, Best Buy, Bed Bath & Beyond, Ross, OfficeMax, Walmart, PetSmart and other retailers, as well as a number of local, regional and national restaurants.
Southpark Meadows, an Excel Trust project, incorporates a total of 921,141 square feet of retail space. The center, which offers excellent visibility and access from IH-35, includes “The Grove”, a collection of popular local dining concepts in a green setting with an open-air theater.
