HOUSTON—Weitzman is pre-leasing Highway 288 and W. Orem, a planned neighborhood-oriented retail development at the northwest corner of W. Orem Drive and City Park Central Lane, located within the fast-growing City Park master-planned community.
Kyle Knight and Brett Levinson with Weitzman are handling pre-leasing for the multi-tenant center, which will include a 12,100-square-foot multi-tenant building and a pad site designed for a freestanding restaurant or retail concept.
The project is scheduled to start construction in January and be complete second quarter of 2020.
The planned project, being developed by a third party client, benefits from its key location on W. Orem just west of the South Freeway (Highway 288). The area shows strong residential growth yet few retail options as of now.
