SUNNYVALE, TX—Weitzman, on behalf of the seller, has negotiated the sale of Collins Corner, an 18,498-square-foot retail center located on 4.1 acres of 182-184 S. Collins Road near the intersection of U.S. Highway 80, for an undisclosed price. The purchaser is an investment group located in the Dallas area.

Collins Corner benefits from its location off of Highway 80, the main traffic artery through Sunnyvale. The two-building center features a line-up of shops and services that includes Subway, Allstate, Edward Jones, a cleaners, a donut shop, a nail salon and other tenants.
Within a five-mile radius of the center, the trade area features a population of approximately 154,000 people with an average household income nearing $68,000.
