DALLAS—CycleBar, the world’s first premium indoor cycling studio, has leased 3,369 square feet of retail space in McKinney & Olive, a Cesar Pelli-designed office tower and mixed-use project with street level retail in the vibrant, pedestrian-oriented neighborhood of Uptown Dallas.
Michelle Caplan handled negotiations as exclusive tenant representative for CycleBar in Dallas-Fort Worth. David Nicolson and Dan Mitchell with Weitzman represent CycleBar nationally as its master brokers.
At McKinney & Olive, CycleBar is in the midst of Dallas’ densest urban neighborhood and joins a line-up that includes Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse, Doc B’s Fresh Kitchen, Roti Modern Mediterranean and Starbucks, as well as services including a cleaners, a bank and others uses.
CycleBar is slated to open during the second half of 2017.
