IRVING—Chandeliers, Etc., a specialty retailer offering a wide selection of chandeliers and other lighting options, has leased 4,636 square feet of retail space in Irving Town Center, a regional-draw shopping center located peripheral to Irving Mall at 3401 W. Airport Freeway at its intersection with North Belt Line Road.
Lynn Van Amburgh and Javier Menendez with Weitzman handled negotiations as exclusive leasing agents for Irving Towne Center.
Chandeliers Etc., which operates a showroom in Fort Worth, will locate its first retail location at Irving Towne Center. The retailer offers, in addition to chandeliers, other lighting options such as LED. At Irving Towne Center, the retailer joins a line-up that includes Target, On The Border, Chili’s, Car Toys, Al’s Formal Wear, Cato, BB&T Bank, Argentina Bakery, Anytime Fitness, Hertz and numerous others.
