DALLAS—Ascension Coffee, a café offering craft coffee, wine and all-day menus, has leased 2,232 square feet of retail space in a small former chapel building located at 9353 Garland Road near its intersection with Buckner Boulevard.
Michelle Caplan with Weitzman handled negotiations for Ascension Coffee. Derek Ferem with Ferem Property Company handled negotiations on behalf of the Landlord.
Ascension Coffee, with locations in the Dallas Design District, Uptown/ Crescent Court, Addison, Cypress Waters in Coppell, Frisco and Fort Worth, recently was named Best Coffee Shop by the Dallas Observer.
