RICHARDSON— A locally based limited partnership has purchased a 7,366-square-foot office/medical building located at 208 W. Spring Valley Road for an undisclosed price.
David Zoller with Weitzman handled negotiations for the seller, a Richardson-based firm. Kent Smith, SIOR, with NAI Robert Lynn represented the purchaser.
The property is located on Spring Valley Road at its intersection with U.S. 75.
