Administrative Assistant/Brokerage
AUSTIN OFFICE


The Weitzman Group has an immediate opening in our Austin office for an administrative assistant to support multiple real estate brokers.  

Responsibilities of this position include:

·          Typing of correspondence, memos and various other forms
·          Answering telephones and assisting clients
·          Lease preparation
·          Preparation of Lease/Sale Data sheets
·          Preparation of presentation books and/or property information
·          Assembling and organizing research on properties
·          Faxing, copying, filing
           Switchboard rotation when necessary
·         Creating, organizing and maintaining files 

Minimum 3 years administrative experience required - prior real estate or sales office experience preferred.  Candidates must have strong MS Word and Excel skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once while maintaining a professional, friendly demeanor.  Please email resume with salary requirement to hrdept@weitzmangroup.com.  Please reference Austin Admin.
