Executive Administrative Assistant
DALLAS OFFICE
The
Weitzman Group has an opening for an Administrative Assistant to
support the CEO and SVP of Administration and Marketing.
Essential qualifications for this position include:
- Previous
experience in retail commercial real estate
- Excellent
verbal and written communication skills including grammar,
punctuation and formatting
- Excellent
telephone etiquette
- Ability
to interact in a professional manner with all levels of
personnel, both internal and external
- Microsoft
Word and Excel experience required
- Short-hand
experience or other form of speed writing
- Transcription
experience preferred
- ACT
experience preferred, but not required
- Flexibility
regarding overtime
Responsibilities:
- Primary
telephone support for CEO
- Take
dictation for letters and messages
- Transcribe
taped dictation
- Open
and prioritize mail
- Help
maintain ACT database
- Filing,
including maintenance of file cross-reference list
- Make
travel arrangements
- Prepare
presentation packages
- Follow-up
on items in suspense file
- Switchboard
relief on a rotation basis with other assistants
