Professional Background
Christopher Young is an Assistant Vice President with the Dallas Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group. Young is a member of the project representation team that handles the leasing of retail properties on behalf of Weitzman’s landlord clients throughout the Dallas area.  He previously handled leasing for a portfolio of retail centers controlled by Cencor Realty Services in the Northeast Quadrant of the Dallas area. Prior to joining The Weitzman Group, Young was Associate Leasing Director with Florida-based The Rendina Companies, a national developer of medical office buildings and related commercial developments. He also gained property management experience with the company.

Young has been ranked twice by the Dallas Business Journal as a Heavy Hitter, recognizing him as one of the leasing CRE brokers in North Texas. Due to his success in project leasing, Cencor Realty Services named him Broker of the Year in 2008.

Young received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from St. Edwards University in Austin, Texas.
