Professional Background
Randall E. Woodruff, CPA, is Chief Investment Officer of Cencor Realty Services, one of the largest regional commercial real estate services firms in the United States. Woodruff is responsible for focusing on investment opportunities, the capital markets and financing relationships. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer.  Prior to joining Cencor, Woodruff was director of real estate acquisitions for GE Capital's Commercial Real Estate Operations, where he was responsible for acquisition of commercial real estate for direct investment and supervision of a staff of acquisition managers and analysts. Woodruff also worked for Dallas-based Vantage Companies, where he was partner and executive vice president of finance. Woodruff earned his Certified Public Accountant certificate in 1972.

Education
Woodruff received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington.
