Professional Background 
Douglas Scott is a vice president of asset management with the Dallas office of Cencor Realty Services, one of the largest retail property management and development firms based in Texas. In this position, Scott is responsible for the asset management of a portfolio of shopping centers, primarily in Tarrant County and Irving. Prior to joining Cencor, he was vice president of asset management and Dallas office leader for Blue Capital Investments, Inc., a German fund of U.S. properties and a subsidiary of Munich’s HVB Group. He also has asset management and project leasing experience with Presidio Investments, Ltd., Cousins Properties and Circa Capital Corporation.

Honors and Awards
Scott has earned the prestigious Certified Commercial-Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute. He also is a Certified Public Accountant.

Education
Scott received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.
