Alberto Rocha, a commercial real estate professional with more than 20 years of business management experience, is an Associate with the Dallas/Fort Worth
Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group, the leading retail real estate brokerage firm in Texas. Rocha handles retail project leasing and retail tenant representation, with a focus on the Hispanic-oriented retail market, in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Prior to joining The Weitzman Group, Rocha was managing business partner of Rocha-Velasco LLC, a private investment growth that owned and operated Douglas Avenue Medical Management Company, a full-service primary-care medical clinic serving the Hispanic community. He also served as managing partner for Houston Laser Systems of La Paz, Bolivia, where he handled consulting on technological-related matters for a client list that included banks, mutual fund, major manufacturers and more.  In Bolivia, he introduced Bar Code-based management control systems into the country, and he was an advisor to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs office of Foreign Investment Development. Rocha began his career with Associated Grocers of Florida, where he served as special assistant to the president and vice president of finance.
