Parman Senior Vice President - San Antonio The Weitzman Group bparman@weitzmangroup.com Professional Background Bryan Parman is Senior Vice President with the San Antonio Office of The Weitzman Group, where he is responsible for project leasing, tenant representation, investment sales and land brokerage.  Parman entered the commercial real estate field in 1992, specializing in retail leasing, brokerage and development.  He has consummated lease/sale transactions totaling more than two million square feet and representing a dollar volume in excess of 100 million dollars. Organizations Parman is active in the real estate community as a member of the San Antonio Board of Realtors and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.  He is also a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation awarded by CCIM Institute.  Education Parman received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas.
