Neel, who joined Cencor in 2002, is responsible for overseeing Cencor's Property Management operations, which are responsible for a commercial property portfolio comprised primarily of shopping centers throughout the greater Austin area. In Austin, Cencor's portfolio incorporates approximately 2.8 million square feet. Neel also handles asset management for a portfolio of Austin-area retail centers.  Prior to joining Cencor, Neel was a property manager and leasing agent with Canadian property management firm Contour Management. Organizations Neel is an associate member of the Austin chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management. She is a candidate for the prestigious Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.  Education Neel received a Bachelor of Arts degree from York University in Toronto, Ontario.
