Professional Background Britt Morrison is an Associate with the Austin Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group, one of the largest commercial real estate brokerage and related services firms in Texas. In this position, he specializes in retail project leasing and retail tenant representation throughout the Austin area. Morrison joined Weitzman in 2005. Prior to joining Weitzman, Morrison handled the retail and industrial portfolio Coldwell Banker. Representative Client List Morrison is the exclusive Central Texas representative for Great Clips. He has worked for retail landlords including Cencor Realty Services, Catellus/Prologis, Phoenix Property Company, Cole Real Estate Investments, St. Croix Capital, Galleria Texas, Inc., Carlton Advisory Group, Greystar Development Group, Fowler Property Acquisitions, TIG, Huntington Properties, Inc., and several others. Representative Project List Morrison has handled project leasing work at several high-profile retail centers, including mixed-use projects 300 South Lamar; power retail center centers including Mueller; and neighborhood retail centers such as Artisan, Austin Commons, Grand Central Station, and Southcross Plaza. He also handles the sale of land tracts and pad sites. Honors and Awards Morrison was recognized as one of the leading commercial real estate brokers in Central Texas in the Austin Business Journal's ranking of the "Heavy Hitters" for 2010.
