Professional Background Joe Martinez is a senior vice president with the Corporate Services Division of The Weitzman Group, one of the largest regional commercial real estate firms in the United States. Martinez specializes in the representation of office and industrial tenants in lease negotiations and site selection. He has experience in numerous types of transactions, including lease negotiations, lease renegotiations, lease renewals, lease extensions, office relocations, office subleases and build-to-suit transactions. Prior to joining The Weitzman Group, he was a territory sales manager and territory specialist with an Orthopedic Division of Smith & Nephew, Inc., where he directed a variety of sales and marketing functions as the top producer of the Dallas Market.
