Professional Background
Eddie Liebman is senior vice president with the Investment Properties Group of The Weitzman Group, one of the largest regional commercial real estate firms in the United States. Liebman specializes in the sale of commercial property in the Dallas area, as well as retail property leasing. He has more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience and has consummated more than 600 leases, primarily retail, and more than 100 sales. Prior to joining The Weitzman Group, he was a commercial real estate specialist with Christon Company Realtors, where he worked for 26 years.

Honors and Awards
Liebman is the recipient of the 1991 Stemmons Service Award, presented to the Commercial Realtor of the Year by the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. He is a consistent top producer for The Weitzman Group, and he has placed in the company's statewide Top 10 Producers for each of the past three years. In addition, he has earned the award for Most Sales in 2001 and 2002. He is a former instructor at the Commercial College Real Estate School in Dallas.

Organizations
In 2001, Liebman earned the prestigious designation of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member). He is now an active member of the local CCIM chapter. He also is active in the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, where he was previously on its Board of Directors and served as its Board Vice Chairman. He also served on the Greater Dallas Association of Realtors Board of Directors and chaired various committees. He also chaired the Telephone Solicitation Drive for the American Heart Association of Dallas and was on the Executive Committee for the National Jewish Hospital's Golf Tournament for two years. Liebman is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Education
Liebman received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Tulane University in New Orleans.
