Professional Background
Trey Kostohryz is an Associate with the Dallas Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group, one of the largest regional commercial real estate brokerage firms in the United States. Kostohryz specializes in retail tenant representation and retail property representation in the Tarrant County market. Prior to joining The Weitzman Group, he was director of real estate for Fort Worth-based Hickman Companies, where he managed all aspects of a retail, office and industrial portfolio totaling more than 2 million square feet. At Hickman, he also gained extensive experience working with city and state government and Barnett Shale gas leases..

Organizations
Kostohryz is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, the Development Advisory Committee for the Fort Worth City Manager and the Downtown Forth Worth Rotary Club. He also serves on the board of directors for the Coastal Conservation Association and is a past executive director with Historic Camp Bowie.

Education
Kostohryz received a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising and Public Relations for Texas Christian University in Fort Worth.  At TCU, he completed the Ranch Management Evening Program.
