Professional Background
Bill Knopick, a commercial real estate professional with more than 30 years of experience, is Senior Vice President of Office Services with the Dallas/Fort Worth Corporate Services Division  of The Weitzman Group, one of the largest commercial real estate brokerage and related services firms in Texas.  Knopick specializes in the representation of office projects, as well as site selection, lease negotiations, renewals and expansions for office space tenants. Prior to joining The Weitzman Group, Knopick worked for several years with Cousins Properties, where his market focus was in the North Dallas and Richardson/Plano markets. Prior to joining Cousins, he served as a vice president with Hines Interests in Dallas for sixteen years and directed leasing of the Galleria Office Towers, as well as more than a dozen additional office buildings in Dallas.

Professional and Civic Organizations
Knopick is and has been active in numerous professional organizations, including the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, the Real Estate Council and the National Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives. On the civic side, he was a member of the Town of Addison 2020 Vision Committee, the Dallas Chamber, Leadership Richardson, the Richardson Chamber of Commerce, the Richardson Symphony Orchestra and the Jesuit/Ursuline Business Network Association. Knopick is member of and volunteers for the Dallas Chamber of Commerce, Dallas Museum of Art, Nasher Sculpture Center and Dallas Symphony.

Education
Knopick attended Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa, before receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Marketing from the University of Houston in Houston, Texas.
