Professional Background 
Doug Howell is an Asset Manager with the Dallas office of Cencor Realty Services, one of the largest retail property management and development firms based in Texas. In this position, Howell handles management and reporting duties for a portfolio of retail and office properties in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Howell joined Cencor in 2001. Prior to that, he was active as an asset  manager and a controller for publicly traded MLP, and he was responsible for the assets of a diversified portfolio of retail and office properties located throughout the Southeast. In addition, he has experience working on property sales and dispositions, and he oversaw and negotiated a portfolio liquidation. Howell has negotiated large lease buyouts with tenants including Wal-Mart and Food Lion. He has negotiated new loans, workouts and renewals with institutions including Travelers and GE Capital.

Honors and Awards
Howell has earned the prestigious Commercial Property Manager (CPM) designation from IREM after completing extensive educational and career requirements.

Education
Howell received a degree in Banking/Finance from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
