Professional Background Steve Hawkins, a commercial real estate management professional with nearly 20 years of experience, is Director of Property Management for the Houston office of Cencor Realty Services, one of the largest regional commercial real estate management and development services firms in the country. Hawkins is responsible for overseeing Cencor's property and asset management professionals, who are responsible for a portfolio of retail properties in the greater Houston area. Prior to joining Cencor, he was vice president of property management for the Caldwell Companies of Houston. At Caldwell, he oversaw a team of managers responsible for a portfolio of retail, office and industrial properties. Hawkins also has management experience with Houston-based Weingarten Realty Management Company. Organizations Hawkins is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Houston Northwest Chamber of Commerce. Education Hawkins received a Bachelor of Science degree from McNeese State University in Lake Charles, Louisiana. .
