Denisoff is president and head of the Corporate Services Division of The Weitzman Group, one of the largest regional commercial real estate firms in the United States. Denisoff specializes in the representation of office tenants in lease negotiations and site selection. Prior to joining The Weitzman Group in 1991, he was with L.J. Hooker International (formerly Merrill Lynch Commercial Real Estate), where he was a consistent top producer and the overall top producer for the Dallas office in 1990. Denisoff's commercial real estate career started in 1979 when he joined The Swearingen Company as vice president; he was responsible for leasing and marketing the Southland Center Complex in downtown Dallas from 1981-1983, bringing the building's occupancy from 28 percent to 90 percent ahead of schedule. During his eight years with Swearingen, he consistently was one of the top five producers in the company, as well as top producer on several occasions. He was a charter member of the company's Golf Million Dollar Club for annual top producers.
