Professional Background
Greg Colchin is senior vice president and director of asset management for Cencor Realty Services, one of the largest commercial real estate management firms in Texas. In this position, Colchin is responsible for overseeing the asset management portfolio and landlord representation functions for Cencor’s Dallas/Fort Worth portfolio. Prior to joining Cencor, Colchin was senior vice president of investments for Dallas-based Cottonwood Partners, where he was responsible for all aspects of acquiring, developing and operating investments. Colchin has more than 16 years of asset management and commercial real estate investment experience.

Education
Colchin received a Master of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
