Chris Clark Vice President - Development Cencor Realty Services cclark@cencorrealty.com Professional Background Chris Clark is a Vice President-Development with Cencor Realty Services, Inc., where he is responsible for directing the development of new shopping centers in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.  Prior to joining Cencor, Clark was an attorney with David, Goodman & Madole, a Dallas-based law firm, where he handled all aspects of real estate law for shopping center and office building owners and developers, as well as for financial institutions and other individuals and business entities. Clark began his legal career as an attorney in the Commercial Real Estate Practice Group of Jenkens & Gilchrist, P.C., in Dallas. Organizations Clark is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, The Real Estate Council and the Dallas and Texas state bar associations.  Clark serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees of Greenhill School in Dallas, and is also the President of the Executive Committee of Greenhill's Alumni Board. Honors and Awards Clark twice has been named one of the Best Lawyers Under 40 by D Magazine and as a Texas Rising Star 2004 by Texas Monthly Magazine.  Education Clark received a Juris Doctor degree (cum laude) from the Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
