Michelle W. Caplan is an executive vice president
with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group, which she joined in
1998. Prior to joining The Weitzman Group, she worked at The Shopping Center
Group, Inc., a retail real estate company based in Atlanta, Georgia, for six
