Professional Background
Bradley Bailey, a commercial real estate professional with a
record of sales force management and retail investment sales
success, is Senior Vice President and Director of Investment
Sales for Central Texas and The Valley for The Weitzman
Group, one of the leading commercial/retail brokerage services
firms in Texas. Bailey works with Lance Morris, president of The Weitzman Group in Austin, and David Nicolson, president of Weitzman’s San Antonio office. Both Morris and Nicolson have extensive investment sales experience in Texas. Bailey handles investment sales and marketing for retail and commercial properties. He brings to the position extensive experience as an investment sales broker and manager. Previously, he was associate vice president, investment, and director of the National Retail Group for Marcus & Millichap REIS in Austin. Bailey joined Marcus & Millichap REIS in Houston in 2002 as a specialist in multi-tenant retail, bringing at that time nearly a decade of experience in real estate.  Bailey was named sales manager of the Houston office in 2004. He then joined the company’s Austin and San Antonio offices in 2005 as regional manager. In Austin and San Antonio, Bailey directed brokerage teams that closed over $233 million in commercial transactions, and he personally handled more than $72 million in investment sales.

Bailey is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Austin Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management, for which he has served as a guest speaker. He is an advisor to Real Estate Directory News (REDNews) and is a member of the Real Estate Council of Austin.

Education
Bailey earned a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California.
