Professional Background
Peter Aburrow, CCIM, is an Asset Manager with the Dallas office of Cencor Realty Services, one of the largest retail asset and property management and development firms based in Texas. In this position, Aburrow is responsible for overseeing the asset management of a portfolio of retail centers in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Prior to joining Cencor, he was an asset manager with BH Properties, LLC, where he oversaw leasing and property management for a 900,000-square-foot retail, office and industrial portfolio. His other duties included acquisition and disposition analysis of a Texas portfolio. Aburrow also has commercial real estate experience with Urban Southwest Capital, LP, where he served as acquisitions manager and handled asset management of an industrial and office portfolio. Aburrow also has commercial real estate brokerage experience.

Organizations and Designations
Aburrow is a member of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, from which he earned the prestigious CCIM designation. He also is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and holds a Texas Real Estate Broker License.

Education
Aburrow received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with Financial Applications from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
