 Professional Background
Kathryn Walker is a property manager in the Dallas office of Cencor Realty Services, one of the largest retail property management and development firms based in Texas. In this position, Walker is responsible for overseeing the management of retail centers in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Prior to joining Cencor in 2005, Walker was general manager of Sikes Senter Mall, a 700,000-quare-foot regional mall in Wichita Falls, Texas, owned by General Growth Properties. She directed all operations, including security, maintenance, construction management, financial performance and leasing. Walker previously was with Cencor Realty Services from 1994 until 1996, working as a property manager. She also has property management experience with Grubb & Ellis.

Walker is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Institute of Real Estate Management.
