Professional Background Susan Steelhammer, CSM, a property management professional with more than 13 years of experience, is a Senior Property Manager with the Dallas office of Cencor Realty Services, one of the largest retail property management firms in Texas. Steelhammer is responsible for the physical and financial management of a portfolio of retail properties throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Prior to joining Cencor, Steelhammer was vice president of property management for West Village Management Company, where she was responsible for a portfolio of mixed-use properties, including the West Village, a high-profile retail/residential project in the Uptown area of Dallas, and Austin’s new Second Street District, a burgeoning upscale mixed-use retail/ /residential/office district in downtown Austin. Steelhammer’s experience also includes property management duties at Regency Centers, L.P., and Macerich Company, where she gained experience as general manager of several regional malls.
