Professional Background
Sandi Scott, CSM, a commercial real estate
professional with nearly 20 years of experience, is vice president and director
of training for the Dallas office of Cencor Realty Services, one of the largest
retail property management and development firms based in Texas. Scott utilizes
her extensive commercial real estate and property management experience for her
training duties for the property management staff of Cencor. In addition, Scott
is responsible for overseeing the management of retail centers in the
Dallas/Fort Worth area. Scott also
has commercial real estate property management experience with Direct
Development, where she oversaw the asset management and landlord representation
functions for the company’s portfolio of retail properties in the Dallas area.
In addition, her management experience includes the management of more than
800,000 square feet for Transwestern Commercial Services.

Scott
is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the
International Council of Shopping Centers. She is the recipient of the
prestigious Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) designation and is a
candidate for the Commercial Property Manager (CPM) designation. .

Scott received a Bachelor of Business
Administration degree from Northwood University in Cedar Hill, Texas.
She holds a Texas real estate license.
