 Professional Background
Linda Payne is a property manager with the Dallas office of Cencor Realty Services, one of the largest retail real estate property management firms in Texas. Payne is responsible for the management of shopping centers in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Prior to joining Cencor in 2006, she was with Merit Texas Properties, where she managed an office property portfolio totaling 375,000 square feet.

Organizations
Payne earned the prestigious Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), the Real Property Administrator (RPA), designation and the Facility Property Administrator designation awarded by the Building Owners and Managers Inst (BOMI). She is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and the Dallas chapter of IREM, where she serves on its executive council.
