Professional Background Julie Huffman, CPM, is Director of Property Management for the Houston office of Cencor Realty Services. Huffman is responsible for overseeing Cencor's property and asset management professionals, who are responsible for a portfolio of retail properties in the greater Houston area. Prior to joining Cencor, Huffman was director of property and asset management for Amerishop Real Estate Services, where she handled asset and property management, as well as staff supervision, for a portfolio of 2.7 million square feet of retail malls and strip centers in Colorado, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Texas. She also handled asset management for a portfolio of single-tenant office and industrial buildings. Huffman also has experience as a senior property manager with Trademark Property Company, where she was responsible for a portfolio of close to 1 million square feet, and with Lincoln Property Company, where she managed a major retail portfolio in Dallas and Arlington.
