Professional Background
Lewis Hoppen, CPM, is a senior property manager with the Dallas office of
Cencor Realty Services, one of the largest retail property management firms in
Texas. Hoppen is responsible for
the physical and financial management of a portfolio of retail properties
throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.
Prior to joining Cencor, Hoppen was property manager for The Corner Shopping
Center, a mixed-use retail and office property in Dallas. He also has management
experience that includes service as the general manager for Richardson Square
Mall and as director of property management for Dallas-based SM Management,
where he supervised the operations of managers for a retail, office, industrial
and multi-family portfolio.

Hoppen earned the Certified Property Manager
designation awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), as well
as the Accredited Resident Manager designation. Hoppen is a member of the Dallas Chapter of IREM.

received a Bachelor of Science degree from Niagara University in Lewiston, New
York.
