Professional Background Lance Morris is President and Director of Brokerage for the Austin office of The Weitzman Group, the leading retail real estate brokerage firm in Texas. Morris is a 22-year veteran of the Austin Real Estate Industry and has been with The Weitzman Group for the past 13 years. Honors and Awards Morris has placed as the Top Producing Broker for the Austin office for the past several years. In addition, he is consistently one of the Top 10 Brokers for The Weitzman Group on a company-wide basis. During its annual Commercial Real Estate Awards held in March 2004, the Austin Business Journal named Morris one of the top three commercial real estate brokers in the Austin market. Organizations Morris is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He participates in many volunteer and philanthropic endeavors and served as underwriting chairman for the 87th Paramount Theater Gala.
